As our Senior L&D Manager, you’d champion the development of our talent so our people can master their craft!
    Specifically, you will have the perfect balance between strategy and execution, creating the vision for learning & development and being hands-on in architecting and implementing programs and measuring organizational effectiveness of training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the People & Talent team and business leaders to ensure the programs are effective, meaningful and have an impact on individual development, leadership development and career progression.

    This is an amazing opportunity to build out L&D from the ground up, and you will focus on designing, implementing, and managing core learning programs that will impact all stages of an employee lifecycle.

    Responsibilities:

      • Design, implement, and execute Astranis’ learning and development strategy and roadmap in partnership with the People Business Partner team and other key stakeholders.
      • Partner with various key stakeholders to understand individual and organizational needs. Work cross functionally on existing and proposed learning and development initiatives and ensure training programs meet current and future needs.
      • Launch compelling learning programs and initiatives, building the content to support your strategy and facilitating directly or training others to facilitate where needed
      • Use data to assess training needs and measure training effectiveness, iterating and evolving learning and training needs accordingly.
      • Implement a Learning Management System and scale it accordingly with the creation of programs.

    Requirements:

      • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
      • 8+ years of experience in Training, Leadership/Management or Organization Development, in high growth, dynamic environments.
      • Experience designing leadership development programs and identifying strategies to address talent gaps.
      • Experience leading company-wide initiatives, including the ability to bring diverse groups of individuals at varying levels of an organization together to work towards a common goal
      • Ability to interpret and communicate data effectively with strong analytical skills.
      • Proven knowledge of adult learning principles and expert level training and facilitation skills including eLearning tools.
      • Both strategic and roll up your sleeves/hands-on results oriented leader who thrives on helping others meet their goals.
      • Results oriented mentality – demonstrate high initiative and provide leadership and execution in a fast paced evolving environment.
