    As Senior Learning Experience Designer are you a growth minded fast mover who is excited about building best-in-class talent learning and development experiences? This role is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation and management of mixed modality learning and development assets for the global Convera organization. Responsibilities also include developing best-practice and consistent design standards that can be adopted by training teams across the organization and for managing quality (technical/editorial) of vendor developed learning products. This role is responsible for developing a measurement strategy for core learning products, including onboarding and manager learning, and for consulting on measurement strategy with line learning teams.

    You will be responsible for:

    You should apply if you have:

    • 8+ years experience in instructional/learning design or related roles
    • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
    • Solid understanding of, and demonstrated experience in applying, adult learning principles
    • Experience using data/metrics to measure effectiveness and drive improvements
    • Demonstrated ability to create engaging and effective blended learning solutions
    • Demonstrated experience in learning program or project management including experience defining to project milestones, dependencies and risks, and basic change management
    • High judgment in making design/speed tradeoffs and attention to quality
    • Demonstrated experience developing courseware to current Industry and adult learning standards, job aids, videos, and other training materials
    • Expertise in development with eLearning tools such as Captivate, Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
    • BA or BS degree in a relevant field such as instructional design, educational technology, organizational development
