Description & Requirements:

This hybrid position is responsible for the design, development and implementation of complex training content through multiple interactive multimedia platform to produce learning performance outcomes that meet learning objectives. This role collaborates with our training team whose main responsibility is to contribute to Dart’s training materials.

  • Design learning products for sales/customer facing and corporate audiences in instructor-led, virtual-led, computer-based or other distance learning platform types to boost company values and culture.
  • Create design scripts, storyboarding, animations, gamification, prototypes, and other design elements to assist the learner in visualization of the message
  • Develop performance observational and reflective assessment and evaluation to determine the effectiveness of training and ensure mastery of learning objectives
  • Research and recommend new learning approaches or technology to help create a successful learning organization. Examine learning data analytics to deliver actionable insight.
  • May act as a lead in projects and serve as a resource to less experienced Training Instructional Designers and facilitate training workshops if needed

Core Skills and Qualifications

The Ideal Candidate must possess the following :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, adult education or corporate training or 5 years Dart field sales experience.
  • Spanish, writing, and speaking skills, preferred/desired.
  • Strong proficiency in learning technologies and authoring tools such as Camtasia, Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Captivate or other eLearning design software
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to create and edit reports, documents, complex presentations and spreadsheets in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint, MS Teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy specifically related to grammar and punctuation, visual design and layout, audio accuracy, and documentation of detailed job tasks and instructions
  • Experience with implementation of learning tools into a learning management system
  • Excellent verbal and written skills necessary to communicate intricate job-related processes
  • Ability to travel overnight, both domestically and internationally.
