What you’ll do:
- Manages the execution of prioritized learning initiatives within committed timelines
- Consults and collaborates with colleagues, subject matter experts and stakeholders to curate and collect source content
- Writes and designs high-impact, scalable learning experiences using blended modalities and technologies (E.g., Mobile, eLearning, Instructor-led, Presentations, Performance support aids and Virtual training outputs, etc.)
- Develops customer-facing training to demonstrate our capabilities and product solutions
- Provides quality assurance on developed content and completion reporting, as requested
- Measures the impact of learning experiences to ensure goals and objectives are met
- Maintains course material for longevity and relevancy
- Keeps abreast of new and developing trends in technical and adult learning, and applies them to all learning experiences
Who you are:
- 5+ years writing and creating learning experiences and training deliverables
- Design and adult learning knowledge (E.g., ADDIE Model, Design Thinking, Kirkpatrick Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, etc.)
- Successful track record designing and managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Strong project management abilities
- Proven videography experience (writing and preparing video scripts, producing and editing) using tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Premiere
- Experience with other software, authoring tools and LMS systems including, but not limited to, Cornerstone, Google Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Social Media tools (E.g., YouTube), Social Learning platforms, Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Ability to follow brand, design communication standards and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Business or Marketing
- Skilled in graphic design and development
- Sales, Marketing and/or SaaS industry experience
- Working with HTML code regarding web and mobile hosted content
- Creative and eager to develop new and innovative solutions
- Experience writing training evaluations and surveys utilizing tools such as Google Forms
