Summary of Position
The Senior eLearning Specialist will play an essential role in the on-going learning and development of employees within the organization. The Senior Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and developing pedagogically sound eLearning materials in accordance with department standards and directives. The eLearning Senior Sales Trainer will report directly to the CEGT eLearning Manager.

Responsibilities

Gather information and course elements from SMEs; often guiding SMEs in the chunking of content

Design and develop learning material, coordinate, and review educational content, and incorporate current technology in developing specific eLearning curricula

Support eLearning material management by updating project trackers and collaborating with organization SMEs and training team.

Collaborate with other eLearning professionals (internal or external) to support eLearning content requirements

Develop supporting materials and media (audio, video, photos, graphics, etc.) for courses based on curriculum guidelines or information provided by or in consultation with subject matter experts or eLearning Manager

Conduct quality assurance on all eLearning materials

Performs other duties as assigned
Education:
-
BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred
Required Experience:
-
5+ years of experience in a training role/function
-
Fluent in English
-
Strong proficiency in the design and development stages of the ADDIE model
-
Excellent lesson and curriculum planning skills
-
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
-
Strong ability to interface effectively with SMEs
-
Strong attention to detail
-
Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing shifting priorities

Ability to learn new authoring tools quickly
-
Experience using remote conferencing tools such as Teams, WebEx, Adobe, etc.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office products

Proficiency with various multimedia hardware and software (Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
Preferred Experience:

Experience with the Articulate Storyline is preferred
Travel Requirements

Ability to travel on occasion as required by business needs (Up to 5% at certain times).
