In this role, you will:

  • Mentor and guide broad scope of eLearning technologies, approaches, and solutions designed to meet Wells Fargo and business unit needs
  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors
  • Design new web-enabled solutions based on consultation with enterprise instructional design teams using programming languages (JavaScript, ActionScript, JQuery, etc.)
  • Lead graphic design work in developing web-enabled solution interfaces
  • Develop custom templates or solutions
  • Utilize exceptional communication, relationship management, influence, and developing negotiation skills, applicable across functions and businesses to help coordinate teams during solution development
  • Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Learning and Development eLearning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Advanced animation and graphic design skills using the Adobe creative suite (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Premier Pro, Audition, Character Animator)
  • Advanced 3D modeling, animation, and gaming using 3DS Max, Blender, and Unity
  • Advanced graphic user interface skills
  • Experience developing solutions using the following design tools and technology is a plus.
    • Video and audio production: editing, recording, and production using Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Audition, Audacity
    • Coding for gaming and interactions using HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, C#, Typescript
    • Advanced skills creating scenario-based learning with complex branching using Articulate Storyline 3/Storyline 360
    • Advanced skills creating system simulations and immersive narratives using Captivate/ Captivate 360.
    • Strong narrative and storytelling-based writing/scripting to apply to advanced solutions (e.g. gaming, videos, audio, and scenario based learning.
  • Demonstrated project management experience related to instructional design projects

Job Expectations:

  • Position Locations include: Charlotte, NC; Phoenix, AZ; Chandler, AZ; Minneapolis, MN; San Antonio, TX; Irving, TX; West Des Moines, IA
  • Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement-3 days in the office and 2 days remote
  • Required work locations listed above. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
