    Job Description
    A performance management system administrator plays a critical role in our Global Training & Personnel Development department, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and the technology. The administrator works with department management, instructional designers, and regional and district personnel development managers and trainers to support and collaborate about requirements and specifications for changes to the performance management system. The administrator understands problems and opportunities in the context of the stakeholder requirements and the Saba Cloud Suite. The administrator ensures quality and efficient solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manages the Global Training service desk and reassigns incidents to other staff, as needed.
    • Solves service desk incidents for Global Training’s tools and communicates best practices to internal customers, within service expectations, documenting notes in each incident.
    • Assigns Global Training service desk incidents to other staff, as needed.
    • Looks for, and acts on opportunities to root cause and eliminate issues raised in service desk.
    • Oversees and manages the administration of employee performance evaluations and check-ins in the performance module.
    • Facilitates translations of performance forms as required to meet language and cultural requirements.
    • Reviews performance module quarterly releases from vendor and makes recommendations of new features to implement. Plans, tests, assists in implementation and tracks defects.
    • Creates job aids for performance management system functions.
    • Contributes to the Global Training newsletter and team meetings.
    Qualifications
    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • Global Logistics industry or Training industry knowledge
    • Holds Saba Product Certification or similar
    • Understands database schemas, tools and queries to aid in report development
    • Familiar with PowerBI or other reporting tools
    • Familiar with JavaScript, HTML, XML
    • Experience with LinkedIn Learning administration tasks
    • Experience troubleshooting Captivate content authoring tool
    • Experience with SCORM and xAPI eLearning standards
    • Experience in QA testing
    • Experience with Microsoft Teams and Azure Dev Ops
    • Knowledge of web browsers technology and web standards, etc.
    • Knowledge of agile software development practices
    • Knowledge of change management practices
    • Portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative, interactive design thinking as well as an understanding of UI/UX best practices
    • Knowledge of adult learning theory and current approaches to online learning

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Associates degree or equivalent experience
    • 2 years experience in a customer service role
    • 2 years experience with learning or performance management system administration (Saba, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors) at corporate level or similar
    • Proficient in advanced Excel functions: pivot tables, formatting, macros and formulas, VLOOKUP
    • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Fluent in English

    Additional Information
    Position is full time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday. The position can be based in either the downtown Seattle, Federal Way, or Lynwood location. We are a business professional attire company.
