What to Expect
The LMS Administrator will work with the Tesla Sales and Service eLearning team to support the implementation of eLearning content at Tesla. You will gain a variety of experiences such as publishing courses, QA testing, enrolling users, and supporting internal and external end users. You are a self-starter who loves to jump in, learn, and help where needed. You have a service-oriented mindset and love to diagnose and resolve issues.
What You’ll Do
- QA eLearning courses according to a defined checklist
- Test eLearning projects for completion and report results
- Set up courses in Inside Tesla
- Determine audience groups and enroll end users
- Catalog eLearning, video, and CGI content for consistent eLearning content management
- Support end users via email to better understand user experience, issues, and challenges in eTicketing
- Identify opportunities for process improvement across the board, and implement solutions

Preferred qualifications
- Learning Management System experience
- Jira experience
- How to work within a large matrixed training team, focusing on implementation.
- How courses connect and communicate with the Learning Management System
- How to align courses with quality standards
- How learning impacts end users and how data and metrics influence decision making and prioritization
