    Ongoing systems and strategy support that provides optimal learning management performance to support employee learning, engagement, and optimize business operations. Responsible for the administrative and end user support of the learning management system, integrated and social learning technologies. Authors training and development materials and assigns learning plans to employees. Manage LMS communications and On‐Demand structures/pages in the LMS. Provide basic technical support to learners/users and serve as a point of contact for Level 1 (basic issues) and as the escalation contact for users.

    Education, License & Cert:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, or Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of a degree and minimum of 3‐years Learning Management System administrator experience.

    Experience:

    Minimum of five years’ experience working with and supporting eLearning/web‐based content management systems in the areas of online learning and knowledge management. Knowledge and Experience multiple eLearning content authoring tools is required. Experience in project management and facilitation of multiple/varied activities are required. Knowledge of instructional design principles/practices is preferred. Large‐scale system implementation experience a plus.

    Essential Functions:

    1. Manage learning profiles and the implementation of training curricula and assignments to learner roles inside the LMS. a. Support users in the use of the LMS, including individual and/or group training by serving as the subject matter expert on LMS functions and capabilities.

    2. Create/schedule courses and classes within the LMS platform and manage the course catalog.

    3. Manages report metrics and runs standard and customized reports and queries for specific requirements; prepare reports and statistics for organizational users.

    4. Manage potential LMS upgrades and integration of third‐party product interfaces, into the LMS, timing and communication to users by working with steering committees, IT resources, members of various training teams and sub‐admins. a. Consult and offer insight/suggestions leveraging an intake process with lead members of various training groups for content creation.

    5. Use authoring tools to create and/or update training modules and assessments from SME’s into the LMS.

    6. Conducts Voice of the Customer (VOC) initiatives to solicit best practice and needs of the organization to better the LMS interface/experience.

    7. Leverage social‐media, virtual and create/upload micro‐learning content.
