The Provider Education team develops learning resources for contracted providers to help them work more effectively with Blue Shield and promote member satisfaction. The Learning Systems Administrator, Experienced will report to the Sr. Program Manager, Provider Education. In this role, you will manage and execute implementation and delivery of internal and external learning resources including webinar events, eLearning courses, videos, and job aids to ensure the right people receive the right training at the right time.
Your Work
In this role, you will:
- Schedule, set up, run, and serve as technical host during webinars for external provider audiences (100+), and occasionally for internal staff
- Load and update content to Adobe Learning Manager LMS and set up and run reports from the system
- Pull lists for training from internal databases using specified criteria and create requests for list pulls as needed
- Send training announcements, webinar invitations and follow-up emails via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Provide guidance to subject matter expert (SME) webinar presenters and panelists including virtual presentation tips and how to use webinar technology
- Maintain the Provider Education team’s master training schedule including event and rehearsal dates, and webinar statistics such as attendance and registration rates
- Maintain and monitor the Provider Education mailbox and respond to inquiries or forward emails to the appropriate teams for follow-up
- Serve as a liaison between Provider Education and the Continuing Medical Education (CME) vendor, guide their annual contract updates, and track CME expenditures
- Update and maintain the Provider Education internal SharePoint site
QUALIFICATIONS
Your Knowledge and Experience
- Requires a college degree or equivalent experience
- Requires 3 years of prior relevant experience as a Webinar Producer, LMS Administrator, Training Coordinator, or related role
- Proficiency using Microsoft Teams Webinars or similar live webinar platform is required
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel is required
- Experience working with Adobe Learning Manager or other LMS
- Experience performing SQL queries and executing scripts is preferred
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred
- Experience editing SharePoint sites is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communications and collaboration skills
- Adept at explaining technical considerations to non-technical people
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to set timelines
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is: $66,770.00 to $93,390.00 for California.

Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.

Physical Requirements:
Office Environment – roles involving part to full time schedule in Office Environment. Due to the current public health emergency in California, Blue Shield employees are almost all working remotely. Based in our physical offices and work from home office/deskwork – Activity level: Sedentary, frequency most of work day.
