    This position can be located in NY or PA as long as it is within Liberty Coca-Cola Beverages territory.

    Summary

    The Learning Systems Specialist is responsible for collaborating and aligning with various internal stakeholders such as Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, Information Technology, and end-users to support the implementation and daily operations of the Learning and Talent Systems (SuccessFactors). This includes working with subject matter experts to load and maintain both instructor-led and online courses and curricula and managing the corresponding attendance, deploying, and testing interactive e-learning courses and training modules. They will lead the administrative efforts of both the Mid-Year and Year-End performance process. In addition, they are responsible for building and maintaining critical reporting across both modules. The role will support in logistical coordination of training programs and the creation of communication forums for end-users. In addition, they will assist the business in creating content, both instructor lead and eLearning based on business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Manages the Learning Management System including loading, cataloging, and curating of learning catalog. Creation and assignment of curriculums, instructor-led learning events, and other user activities in the system. Implementing full reporting capabilities to measure and evaluate training success or opportunity.
    • Works with the business to prepare for and support new learning initiatives and content updates. Offers creative and innovative approaches to delivering and tracking training content via learning systems. Develops and/or delivers standard, repeatable reports and performs routine, robust trend analyses to aid in making strategic business decisions (e.g. budgetary, ROI, utilization, future investments)
    • Manages multiple competing initiatives simultaneously and deliver on service requests within area of expertise according to quality and SLA standards
    • Supports HR/Talent Management interfacing systems including updating Learning & Development SharePoint sites and future systems
    • Assists in the development of content and curriculum, manages user securities in all systems. Collaborates with IT and HR support to ensure all systems are communicating correctly for data integrity purposes
    • Develops, executes, and supports in training the users on systems and processes
    • Creates and generates reports from assigned modules and collaborate with business to ensure data helps drive process improvement and business decisions

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of LMS and HRIS experience required, experience with SuccessFactors preferred
    • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Intermediate or expert level proficiency with Microsoft Office Products including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
    • Proficiency in Adobe Product Suite (including Captivate 2019, Photoshop, etc.), Articulate 360, or other eLearning design software strongly preferred
    • Experience with instructional design and implementation preferred
    • Ability to prioritize and work efficiently under pressure and with changing priorities. Experience managing multiple projects, and using judgment and initiative in problem resolution a must
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
