    Learning Systems Administrator

    Position Summary

    The Learning Systems Administrator will be tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to the training division in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environment.

    Job Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
    The Learning Systems Administrator will be tasked with numerous functions providing overall support to the training division in a dynamic, multifaceted, and fast-paced corporate environment.

    The following are basic functions and responsibilities of this role:

    • Administrative support of Learning Management System (Absorb)
    • New hire enrollments and profile setup
    • Elective course enrollment requests from Agents
    • Preemptive enrollment in required licensing courses
    • Course progression management upon successful completion of assignments
    • System troubleshooting requests (locked accounts, password resets, “broken” courses, etc.)
    • Client requested training reports for contracted Agents
    • Approves Supplemental Training Record requests for non-Crisis24 sponsored training
    • Manage Connect/Intranet training content and LMS connection
    • Create courses in the LMS and troubleshooting course features
    • Implementing platform administration guidelines
    • Collaborate with the Platform administrator to ensure the integrity of the LMS
    • Run quality assurances procedures.
    • Operations Center Support
    • Organize new hire orientation with stakeholders
    • Facilitate training enrollment and progression in-person for Ops Center Specialists
    • Support Virtual Training Events
    • Be a point of contact for attendees if they have technical issues logging into Teams, Zoom, or Instructor Led LMS feature
    • Ensure instructor is prepared and supported for virtual seminars and third-party instructional sessions; especially if they are unfamiliar with the system
    • Record attendance of seminars for record keeping
    • Training Reporting and Record Keeping
    • Training Coordinator would build “dead” courses for non-GardaAcademy training to track attendance and deliver on-demand to clients or management
    • Support incident reporting and response justification by compiling relevant coursework into professional report (ie. Bundling any Defensive Tactics, Arrest, Deescalation training events in a report after a Use of Force Incident)
    • Updates Agent portfolios and Crisis24 Company biographies with new qualifications or professional development
    • Work with the platform administrator to design custom reporting aligned with business objectives/operations requirements
    • Unify content branding and delivery across teams and divisions (first GIO/PSD then IRM & CSC)
    • Ensure Seminars, PowerPoints, and e-Learning SCORM development has branding continuity across delivery method
    • Stays up to date with Garda and Crisis24 Branding and Marketing requirements. Updates content as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Competency working in Absorb Learning Management System (or similar)
    • Experience working with eLearning development tools (Articulate, EasyGenerator, etc)
    • Competency working within virtual presentation systems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, etc)
    • Strong visual design acumen or prior graphic design experience
    • Experience using Microsoft Suite/Office 365 (Word, Excel, Power Automate)
    • Experience in creating and managing simultaneous projects from inception to completion
    • Strong technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • A natural curiosity that results in continually finding better, simpler, and more effective ways to use tools and achieve results
    • 2-3 years related experience
