    Compensation: $85,500 – $95,000

    • Actual salaries will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, competencies, experience, geographic location.

    In addition to base pay, MOD Pizza offers a total compensation package including:

In this role, you will have the ability to be curious, demonstrate a growth mindset, and keep the learner experience front-and-center in everything you do. You will have the opportunity to conduct gap/needs analysis, develop learning objectives, and work with a variety of subject matter experts to create awesome eLearning and training (including digital, in-person, and virtual!)

    Moving the Needle

    • Own the development process of learning programs—from beginning to end—including needs analysis, scoping, defining deliverables, content development, implementation and sustainment, milestone and resource tracking, and reporting.
    • Evaluate current training and support the process to update, adapt, or archive.
    • Partner with subject matter experts, project stakeholders, and business leaders to scope projects, analyze learning or training gaps, challenges, and opportunities across MOD.
    • Responsible for updating resources to support operational process and product changes.
    • Proactively seek feedback from teammates and project stakeholders to ensure that learning solutions align with expectations and iterate as needed.
    • Think strategically and creatively to identify curricula, learning paths, learning objectives, assessments, innovative learning activities, and collaborative exercises that align with competencies and knowledge gaps to support growth and development of our people and our business.
    • Ability to distill complex concepts into manageable learning content to a variety of audiences.

    Basic Qualifications

    • 4+ years of relevant, progressive experience, especially with designing and facilitating training and development programs in an organizational environment.
    • Prior experience working designing training and resources for multiple delivery modalities (traditional classroom, online classroom, and self-paced eLearning modules).
    • Passion for growing leaders (at all levels) and Squad through a growth mindset.
    • Strong written and verbal skills, including the ability to translate step by step processes into meaningful learning content.
    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate with people of all backgrounds and levels, from Squad to senior leaders.
    • Strong project management, attention to detail, and professionalism.
    • Ability to self-manage, determine timelines and deliverables, multi-task, and identify risks to delivery in the proper avenues.
    • Ability to take stakeholders, partners, and team feedback with grace, and incorporate it into revisions.
    • Ability to distill complex concepts into manageable learning content to a variety of audiences.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, Instructional Design, or a related field.
    • Knowledge of/experience in responsive design for mobile learning.
    • Has knowledge of instructional technologies and is proficient in the advanced use of e-Learning tools that do not require programming.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
    • Proficient in Storyline, PowerPoint, or other digital authoring tools

    Physical Requirements

    Office work involves remaining in a stationary position most of the time in front of a computer, using a keyboard, mouse, and telephone. Regularly operate a computer and other office equipment. Occasionally move about the work site to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. Exert up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or regularly move objects. Communicate and exchange information with co-workers and other individuals in person and electronically.
