    The Learning Operations Manager position in the Talent & Development (T&D) team is responsible for managing the data and systems that enable us to deliver our global learning strategy. The Learning Operations Manager brings an expertise in learning systems and data analysis, as well as operational efficiency to ensure our Learning & Development function is providing learning solutions that are accessible and available to our learners at the time of need. This includes leading the strategy and execution of our Learning Management System (LMS). This position is also responsible for leading all learning operations, including learning reporting and analytics, supplier management, process documentation, budget forecast, planning, and tracking, responding to employee inquiries via our internal ticketing system, Ask HRdirect, and partnering with Compliance and Risk stakeholders to administer their training through the LMS.
    Some of your key responsibilities include:
    Create and drive the LMS strategy.
    • Lead all operations and technology activities related to BBH’s LMS
    • Create and execute a strategy for maximizing use of the LMS over time.
    • Partner closely with the HR Ops, HRIS and Systems teams to design and configure the LMS, evolve its configuration over time.
    • Partner closely with the HR and Systems teams to integrate additional learning tools with the LMS.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document rules of governance, processes and procedures related to the LMS.
    • Define LMS support needs, frameworks and processes.
    • Serve as a domain expert and key point of contact for LMS and other learning technologies.
    • Serve as a strategic partner across BBH lines of business to ensure the LMS meets business needs.
    • Create and execute a strategy to ensure LMS stakeholders are trained on the system, maintain user guides and support documentation.
    • Partner with internal technical resources to lead the implementation of all system updates and upgrades on an ongoing basis, including transformation and training needs.
    • Produce regular reports on usage and ensure compliance with defined processes.
    • Proactively share your knowledge with LMS admins throughout the firm
    • Understand business requirements, design and document procedures, test system enhancements and participate in change management activities.
    Drive Operational Efficiency
    • Manage the Supplier Management process for T&D; be the T&D subject matter expert on the process, providing support and guidance throughout the process.
    • Own the Learning & Development team’s process documentation and lead the team through regular internal audits, including how we respond to findings.
    • Manage the BBH Academy Ask HRdirect process; design our workflow, provide quality control, ensure we adhere to SLAs, proactively identify high activity times, regularly track data to inform recommended process changes.
    Oversee Learning Administration
    • Partner with stakeholders to execute classroom and non-classroom offerings, including coordination of logistics, pre/post-work, course materials, liaising with vendors, room setup, scheduling, system access, enrollments, communication, surveys/measures of success.
    • Research and resolve escalate problems encountered during daily operations.
    • Partner with Learning & Development colleagues to market offerings
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
    • 5+ years of experience configuring, administering and analyzing HR and/or Learning Management Systems
    • Ability to balance thinking strategically/understanding the big picture and getting into the details.
    • Experience as a learning systems team leader
    • Experience with SCORM / AICC content and eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline, Camtasia, Captivate
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel; and the ability to learn new applications and technologies quickly.
    • Ability to take a consultative approach.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Be both data-driven and flexible.
    • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across the firm.
    • Demonstrated ability to work in an organized and detail-oriented way to manage your time effectively across a variety of responsibilities.
    • Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
    • Strong client service and relationship management skills
    • Comfort in influencing and directing others, often without direct line reporting authority.
    • Ability to work effectively in team environment while remaining responsible and accountable for results.
    • Is proactive, takes initiative and assumes ownership of successful outcomes.
