We’re seeking a an innovative storyteller and creative Learning Experience Designer (LxD) to join our team to help us bring this vision to life through captivating and effective training solutions.     About the Role:
    As an Learning Experience Designer, you will play an integral part in the blended curriculum approach and how we approach, design, and complete an unparalleled experience. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of business partners, content owners, program owners, project managers, designers, visual media talent, and facilitators to design and produce thoughtful and impactful enablement solutions. You will bring expertise in sales enablement, design, learning consultancy, scripting powerful narratives and storyboards, and authoring tools to craft immersive and engaging ILT, VILT, videos, self-paced, and assessment solutions. You will contribute as an inspiring leader by exploring ideas and different approaches for creating macro and micro solutions for helping sellers learn in flow.

    Revenue Enablement Services is committed to delivering insightful work that leads to empowering our sales professionals to improve. We have a robust portfolio that includes guided learning, self-paced e-learning, virtual lead sessions, and in-person training. We are constantly trying to create new and innovative ways to deliver technical sales training. Success is measured by evaluating the business impact of learning programs through learning and performance metrics.

    Desired ability and experience:

    • Experience in applying adult learning theories and standard methodologies.
    • Ability to own content and work on enablement solutions end-to-end.
    • Experience in scoping, analyzing requirements, and creating work estimates.
    • Conversant in using LXD methodologies such as ADDIE, and SAM
    • A keen eye for visual design and ability to visualize concepts.
    • Ability to create compelling narratives.
    • Experience in designing and developing blended solutions using a variety of modalities.
    • Experience with Adobe Captivate, Articulate Rise 360, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud to design and author content.
    • Be agile and iterate quickly with fast-moving projects and timelines.
    • Comfort in navigating ambiguity.
    • Sales or technology enablement experience.
    • Sales Competence – knowledge of sales ecosystem, sales roles, skills, and competencies.
    • Experience working with collaborators, content SMEs, and reviewers effectively.
    • A growth mindset with an enthusiasm for learning.
    • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and Content Management Systems.
    • Ability to collaborate with global teams virtually and build relationships.
    • Live in or close to Austin, TX, Burlington, MA
