Assist and deliver a range of learning experiences for Center Staff and partners including in-person training workshops and activities, eLearning and other innovative learning initiatives.

Work with the WSO Training Manager and training team members to deliver basic training programs that have statewide implications. Assist in the development of more complex training programs by providing input on local implementation of programs, goals and strategies.

Ability to effectively facilitate learning in classroom and virtual environments as well as in 1:1 and small groups to achieve goals.

Develop relationships with Center Managers, area managers, technicians and other staff related to programs and projects. Collaborate with subject matter experts to help translate their knowledge into effective learning experiences for staff.

Provide training on local and statewide systems, standards, processes and programs to local WSO Center staff. Communicate staff training needs to WSO Training Manager.

Analyze skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities within WorkSource centers, on the Training Team and with individuals.

Gather information from customer surveys, talking with staff, local center leadership, and attending meetings to determine whether there is a learning need and to define the performance objectives/desired outcomes.
