The Learning Development Excellence (LDE) team serves the internal North American and international Community Advisors and Managers, SPCS teams, SPECT org, as well as the Managers/Leaders within SPECT.

They build strong relationships with key stakeholders, shift gears at a moment’s notice, and enjoy developing and facilitating training and quality improvements in a dynamic organization. The candidate and has a proven track-record of demonstrating customer obsession, ownership, trust building, and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced business environment. The ideal candidate will also have exceptional interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize. Moreover, the ability to work in dynamic and ambiguous areas is imperative.

    Responsibilities:
    SPCS LDE is looking for a learning professional who has the ability and initiative to independently design and deliver innovative, bar-raising training curriculum and facilitation, quality investigation, communication and engagement opportunities for our customers. This role partners with Program Managers and Learning Experience Designers to help develop effective hybrid learning including instructor led courses, virtual eLearnings, hands-on and socialized workshops. This role will be responsible for training and facilitating quality content throughout a client’s tenure with the organization. We are looking for a team player who not only leverages the LDE team to respond effectively to a variety of training scenarios, but is able to work closely with cross functional teams to effectively prioritize and deploy training programs based on customer need. As a Program Manager, Training, this role will be a crucial front-of-house ambassador for LDE throughout the organization. The role demands thought L&D expertise, clarity, dynamic cross-functional partnership, and strategic thinking to innovate on behalf of our customers. This team member must be self-motivated and have the capability and confidence to interface effectively with multiple stakeholders, both face to face and across geographies. The applicant will need to thrive and deliver results in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced, dynamic business environment.

    • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
    • Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
    • Experience defining and executing program requirements

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
