Key Qualifications
- Minimum: 3 years of relevant work experience in a corporate L&D organization.
- Professional L&D Program/Project management experience
- Strong communication and writing skills, as well as interpersonal and influential skills
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- Experience in at least one of the following: Instructional Design or Curriculum Design
- Great facilitation skills

Description
– Gather business requirements for current and future training content/deliverables by leading customer feedback activities and working with the content, facilitation, line-of-business, analytics, and quality teams – Manage learning projects from needs analysis to deployment, considering the complexities of a diverse audience – Drive innovative approaches to L&D and guide policy/process improvements – Engage with vendors to measure quality and effectiveness of their deliverables – Measure, understand, and communicate the overall impact learning content has on business operations to the leadership of your assigned line-of-business – Support the development of L&D Content/Processes and execute with consistent quality and timeliness – Enthusiasm for working in cross-functional teams as well as autonomously – Exceptional attention to detail
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s degree preferred in Instructional Design or Education.

- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
