Responsibilities: Work you’ll do:
The Global Ethics team is seeking a contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced learning and development professional to join our expanding team within the Learning Design Center. You will actively participate in supporting our global priorities and strategy including the design, delivery, and management of a variety of global learning, research and communications initiatives that help us build a culture of integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative expertise to identify, research and solution embedding ethics and integrity across the talent and learning lifecycle
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among stakeholders, SMEs and peers including the following activities:
- Prepare and drive project plans
- Launch and coordinate working groups with representatives from across the globe
- Contract (through TPRM and Procurement) with vendors and manage these external relationships
- Coordinate stakeholder reviews
- Facilitate conversations to gather ideas and input
- Coordinate product testing and launch of learnings on internal learning platform
- Analyze learning evaluation data and sentiment
- Utilize coaching skills to work with stakeholders to reach consensus
- Coordinate and support the development of reporting and presentations
- Support development of Global Risk & Reputation curriculum
- Support the change management of policies and procedures by creating communication plans, communications and any other supporting materials to encourage adoption | Qualifications: * Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 8-10 years of related professional experience
- Experience developing in-person, virtual and eLearning programs; coaching experience
- Demonstrated project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and present data-driven insights and trends
- Problem-solver with the ability to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking virtual environment
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to travel several times per year, on average, based on the work you do and learning development support
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to lead discussions with multiple stakeholders from across the globe
- Flexibility on working hours regarding global audience/time zones
- Preferred certified leadership coach
- Global experience is not necessary though some international experience will be highly regarded
- Not expected to be a content SME or eLearning specialist, but experience is preferred
