Job Overview:
The Human Capital Learning and Development Consultant role delivers live training, information, and best practices to our Home Office employees. All training is designed and delivered with emphasis first on the why it’s important and how it contributes to the efficiency/growth of our client’s businessesalong with the how to and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to retaining and growing internal employees by providing training on LPL Financial technology and business processing in a way that resonates with our clients and increases their adoption to drive efficiencies in their daily operations and business practices.
- Work in agile teams to create learning assets using a variety of formats (including, but not limited to, video, eLearning, informational and how to guides, etc.) to support the business and help employees execute in their roles
- Deliver live, instructor led learning sessions both virtually and in-person at LPL, LPL events and conferences
- Become an expert in LPL Financial’s technology offerings
- Advocate for employees in all new initiative project meetings (use business acumen and employee experience to help shape new tools and training resources)

Requirements:
- Excellent communicator
- Outstanding presentation skills to deliver live, instructor led training, in person and virtually
- Possesses professional maturity and can be self-managed
- Experience in developing learning resources
- Excellent time management/prioritization
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Minimum Education Required: BS (focus in: Education, Finance, Business or Economics)
- Minimum Experience Required: at least three years (focus in: Financial Services – advisor facing role, Facilitation)
