    The Opportunity:

    Your Impact:
    • Design with Purpose: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training that ensures our employees are not just knowledgeable, but also confident in our technology solutions and industry best practices.
    • Innovate Learning: Work with stakeholders to develop departmental learning plans that are as unique as the teams they’re designed for.
    • Empathize with Users: Incorporate real-world examples into our product certification program to build empathy and reinforce the value of our products.
    • Lead with Technology: Take charge of our Learning Management System (LMS), using it to deliver impactful learning experiences both internally and to our clients.
    • Iterate for Improvement: Use feedback and data to continuously refine our learning materials, ensuring they remain effective and engaging.
    • Collaborate for Success: Work with key customers to develop a product certification pilot program, creating a community of knowledgeable and enthusiastic users.
    • Create Engaging Content: Use your multimedia skills to create a variety of learning materials that drive organizational learning and results.
    • Translate Knowledge into Action: Turn departmental resources and documentation into actionable learning assignments, courses, and assessments.
    • Measure Success: Use data to track key metrics and measure performance, ensuring our learning initiatives are meeting organizational objectives, particularly on our sales and customer success teams.
    • Establish Excellence: Create learning operations processes that drive consistency and quality across all learning initiatives.
    • Facilitate Learning: Lead classroom and/or virtual learning programs, such as our “A Day in the Life” HR business simulation.
    • Curate Meaningful Content: Leverage our empowER community to curate content and determine the best providers or partners to offer it.
    • Develop Leaders: Create management and leadership development learning programs, partnering with the HR team on a broader internal development strategy.
    • Champion Diversity: Implement, facilitate, and operationalize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) training for employees.

    Qualifications:

    Experience
    • Min 3 years of demonstrable experience as a Learning Designer, Instructional Designer, or Curriculum Developer.
    • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and learning theories.
    • Proficiency in course development.
    • Experience with an LMS (absorb, eloomi, Docebo, Cornerstone, etc.)
    • Experience with Canva Pro, Articulate and other technology for learning design and video editing.
    • Experience in Human Resources with PHR, SPHR or other HR credentials.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop, design and deliver robust, interactive, live virtual learning with tools such as Teams, Zoom or Adobe Connect; act as either a facilitator of virtual learning or a producer (behind the scenes.)
    • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Adult Education or equivalent experience

    Perks and Benefits:

    Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between 80,000 to 110,000 however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
