    Daikin Applied is seeking a Learning Content Developer to join our growing Learning & Development Team! The Learning Content Developer is responsible for the creation, maintenance and cataloguing of digital assets for Daikin Learning. Under general supervision, you will work closely with Instructional Designers and Subject Matter Experts to create learning solutions for use in e-learning, video, audio classroom and infographics containing highly technical engineering topics.     Location: Remote – Plymouth, MN

    What you will do:

    • Work with an Instructional Designer and SME’s to create learning content objects for digital and in-person delivery of learning solutions (eLearning, videos, pdf’s, infographics)
    • Convert highly technical concepts and technical specifications into consumable learning assets
    • Manage multiple simultaneous projects directing the work of internal and external resources. Leverage standard learning project management practices and tools including: charter, scope, schedule, budget, risk and dashboard
    • Accountable for content to be delivered on-time and in scope
    • Supporting sales and service operations with various administrative tasks such as pulling and sorting data, supporting learning program execution, and content management/quality control

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 2 Year Associate’s Degree or comparable certification in Learning, Education, Business, or Human Resources
    • 2+ Years of experience with learning or engineering authoring/design tools such as Camtasia, Articulate, Vyond, CAD Design, text-to-speech
    • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4 Year Bachelor’s Degree in Learning, Education, Business, or Human Resources
    • Instructional design experience
