    Reporting to the VP, Global Talent Acquisition and Development, the Learning Content Designer conceptualizes, designs, and produces learning experiences that build organizational capabilities and incorporate learning strategies, interactive training techniques, assessments and visual elements to support business initiatives keeping the learner experience top of mind.
    The ideal candidate is a creative professional with an entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys learning about the businesses in which they work and understands and can show proof of learning effectiveness connected directly to driving business outcomes.

    Responsibilities include:
    • Interact directly with internal clients, subject matter experts, business leaders, HRBPs and BU learning teams, to design, develop and implement learning projects based on business requirements and needs analysis.
    • Design and develop learning content utilizing modern learner-centered methods to ensure learning initiatives are effectively constructed to produce the desired changes in behavior, attitude, knowledge, and skills needed to make real business impact.
    • Create and maintain job/task analysis, training needs analysis, design documents, storyboards, video scripts, project plans, and other artifacts for various training projects.
    • Conduct analysis on current and legacy instructional materials for opportunities to improve effectiveness, retention, transfer of knowledge and job-related skills.
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs,) set benchmarks and analyze program data to evaluate training courses and program effectiveness and measure correlation of training solutions to performance improvement.
    • Actively research evolving trends in the field of learning and recommend innovative training tools and techniques to deliver cutting-edge design solutions.
    • Ensure all project documentation, course folders and management of project assets are maintained.
    • Leverage Voice of Customer and Voice of Learner performance data and engage a continuous feedback loop to inform training decisions and promote continuous learning.
    • Stay current with business industry trends and best practices.
    What we’re looking for:
    • Minimum 5 years in a training, instructional design and/or content development role, or similar, with a proven record of accomplishment in delivering effective and innovative learning solutions.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning theory, learner retention and application, and demonstrate graphic, layout, and instructional design skills to build eLearning modules that are effective in driving a higher level of performance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and interest in pursuing new and unconventional approaches to addressing needs and closing gaps.
    • Knowledge of business value drivers, success metrics and KPIs; performance improvement driven.
    • Strong project management experience; must be able to self-manage and prioritize projects with little supervision.
    • Proficiency with learning tools (i.e., Articulate 360, Captivate) preferred.
    • Exceptional written, verbal, critical thinking, problem solving and interpersonal communication skills.
    • University graduate or equivalent combination of education and business experience.
