    Description

    Designs, develops, and delivers customer learning solutions that are engaging and effective.

    Delivery methods include primarily live and private trainings and acting as a subject matter expert for eLearning content. Some onsite training may be required (rare, but customers are beginning to request onsite from time to time).

    The Learning Services Team’s purpose is to help customers use our technology to achieve success, at the same time driving customer adoption and expansion which leads to high rates of renewal and upsells.

    Responsibilities

    Train customers live via zoom or onsite

    • Coach sellers and Sales leaders on how they can use 6sense to build pipeline and close more deals
    • Convey 6sense Marketing best practice recommendations throughout each Marketing course
    • Connect with leaders, establish credibility, and build rapport prior to training kickoffs
    • Understand a customer’s environment and workflows so the tailored training helps them accomplish their objectives
    • Identify solutions and make recommendations, including those that challenge the status quo (abilities in change management and encouraging process evolution)
    • Ability to match your instruction to the audience’s level of understanding

    Develop content: video scripts for yourself and others, written docs, and diagrams. In all work produced, utilize a strong understanding of our technology and our industry

    • Have good on-camera presence: good eye contact, clear diction, engaging facial expressions, evident enthusiasm for the topic
    • Video recording and editing skills a plus
    • Ability to explain concepts clearly and succinctly, in an order that is logical to the learner
    • Ability to devise new approaches to explaining a concept
    • Ability and desire to collect and incorporate feedback in content development
    • Ability to evaluate and provide suggestions to improve content developed by others
    • Ability and desire to dive into technical complexity
    • Experience in B2B platforms
    • Understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics
    • Understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes

    Base Salary Range: $71,871 to $110,202. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The base salary is one component of 6sense’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock options if approved by 6sense’s board. In addition, 6sense provides a variety of benefits, including generous health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, self-care days, and paid time off (PTO). #Li-remote
