The Learning and Technology Project Manager will lead and manage learning solutions projects following d’Vinci’s established project management processes. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of client satisfaction by delivering the best customer experience, quality of services, and value to ensure the highest recommendations and return business. The Learning and Technology Project Manager must have a passion for technology and a desire to develop a deep understanding of all features and functions of learning platforms and supporting components.
Hybrid and Remote work options available for candidates that live in Pennsylvania and Maryland.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow a defined process to collaborate with clients and project team members to facilitate design and development of sound learning solutions, appropriate didactic methods (Adult and/or K-12), experiential learning, and digital technology
  • Manage matrixed project teams of instructional designers, graphic designers, UI/IX designers, media production, system analysts, and developers to deliver projects on time, on budget, and within scope
  • Coordinate cross-department projects to maximize communication among team members
  • Manage multiple projects and multiple client relationships concurrently Provide project management and support for LMS/LXP and/or public-facing website implementation
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs related to training structure and delivery and propose solutions
  • Translate client requirements into work items that are understood by team members and ready to be developed
  • Simplify, break-down and extract key conceptual components of a project into written descriptions, user stories, outlines, annotated screen captures, tables, flowcharts, graphs, etc.
  • Coordinate software releases and accompanying documentation
  • All other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience in the learning and development field
  • 5 years’ experience managing diverse (cultural, geographical) project teams with stretch targets and timelines within a matrixed organization
  • Technology experience, including administration of LMS, LXP, and/or CMS, such as WordPress, Drupal, or Umbraco
  • Understanding of eLearning standards (AICC, SCORM, xAPI) a plus
  • Experience applying project management standards to ongoing support and maintenance projects
  • Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, MS Project
  • Highly responsive customer service approach
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
  • Superior presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of rapid development tools used for building learning solutions such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate a plus
  • Government contract experience and familiarity with accessibility requirements (ADA and 508 compliance) a plus
