    You will help design, develop, and facilitate virtual and live classroom-style training for various operational positions within the ConGlobal network. You will also assist in various administrative duties, such as troubleshooting, record-keeping, and consistency in the Learning Management System (LMS).

    This is a full-time (remote-capable) position, which reports to the Senior Manager, Operations Training. A suitable workspace with secure internet and reliable phone reception is a requirement for this role. This also requires frequent video conference internet meetings. A work computer (PC laptop) and design software will be provided. Travel with this role is possible (as needed, up to 10%).

    Qualifications:

    Qualifications
    • High School Diploma (Required)
    • Minimum of 4 years of combined experience in:
      • Corporate/Classroom style training
      • Instructional design
      • Content development
      • eLearning
      • Virtual Instructor led training (vILT)
    • Experience using content design tools (experience with TechSmith Snaglt, Camtasia is a plus)
    • Experience managing content through an LMS system (experience with EdApp is a plus)
    • Strong presentation skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to follow strict writing guidelines and adhere to writing and style guide
    • Excellent grammar, writing, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Understanding and ability to work in all phases of Learning and Development design, as listed below:
      • Analyze training needs
      • Design and develop training content
      • Implement and evaluate the program for effectiveness and improvements
    • Strong eye for detail, consistency, layout, and design
    • Commitment and passion for learning and technology
    • Strong communication and cross functional relationship building skills
    • Portfolio with samples of work required
