Then Wireless Vision is the perfect fit for you! We’re looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the training team by providing administrative support for live and virtual training events, creating and updating training materials, running reports and communicating progress, and occasionally facilitating in-person or virtual training programs. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees.
What You’ll Do:
Training Coordination & Administration:
- Provide regular reporting on all training completions and survey results.
- LMS administration, including:
- Creating sessions, updating transcripts, and maintain records.
- Troubleshoot, submit support tickets, and resolve user issues, as needed.
- Develop and maintain LMS administration guidelines and procedures.
- Liaison for the L&D team and T-Mobile.
- Prepare and schedule training classroom or virtual room, supplies, and technology.
- Print and assembles classroom materials. Coordinate training events as needed.
Instructional Design:
- Modify existing materials and courses as needed.
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging learner-focused training solutions (including eLearning modules, microlearning, narrated video content, web articles, presentations, and participant and facilitator guides) for web-based, video-based, virtual and instructor-led programs.
Facilitation:
- Occasionally facilitate virtual training sessions. Become well-versed in content to act as a back-up for our main facilitators.
- Partner with the L&D team, sales team, and other stakeholders to consult, identify, and prioritize needs.
- Provides feedback to management on an ongoing basis regarding learning and development of employee skills, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Your Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Business, Marketing, or Communications. • 2-3 years of experience in learning & development. • Experience with instructional design, learning management systems (LMS), project management, and training facilitation preferred. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • High level of both written and oral communication skills • Friendly and confident interpersonal and public speaking skills • Detail oriented; Strong ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, delivering quality results under significant time constraints and meeting deadlines. • Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, working quickly, and making sound business decisions due to the volume of activity and potential impacts to business. • Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively develop solutions to complex issues. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with all levels of management. • Effective at building strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.
