    The Role

    As a training specialist, you will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness through ongoing training and career development at adMarketplace. You will be a key part of improving organizational performance as well as aligning company/department goals. We are looking for someone who wants to specialize and advance their career in developing organizational training solutions.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Design and develop new company-wide training content and training materials
    • Create and maintain department and role-based training content and training plans
    • Work together with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and department leads to create engaging training content and learning experiences
    • Develop and execute individual onboarding training plans for new hires
    • Training coordination and logistics, including scheduling training and managing the company training calendar
    • Manage and improve the AdMarketplace Learning Portal site and content
    • Support with the future rollout and introduction of a Learning Management System (LMS), including administration of the platform and eLearning content and course design and development.
    • Deliver ad-hoc training projects and training requests for teams as required

    Qualifications:

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent, 2-4 years of relevant experience in training
    • Experience being hands-on in the training development process
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Able to understand key business drivers; strong attention to detail combined with an ability to see the big picture
    • Eagerness to learn and grow professionally
