    ***This position will be in Kansas City, MO***

    Summary of Duties:

    • The learning and development coordinator supports the learning and development team and organizes training programs to effectively develop employees across the organization and maximize productivity
    • Coordinates learning and development logistics including scheduling, invitations, materials, and roster management
    • Collects, compiles, and communicates results of evaluation attendance and learning and development data
    • Responds to requests for learning management system assistance
    • Assist with learning management system implementation and maintenance
    • Runs MicroStrategy and LMS reports in response to data requests
    • Performs testing on eLearning content
    • Facilitate training classes as needed and develops training materials
    • Research training vendors and materials as needed, including details, cost comparison, etc.
    • Develop and maintain internal learning and development website
    • Create and deploy training evaluations and assessments
    • Support learning and development team in the development and administration of learning and development programs

    You Must Have:

    • US citizenship to obtain and maintain US Dept. of Energy “”Q”” level security clearance
    • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field such as human resources, talent development, business or equivalent combination of formal education and applicable experience

    • Demonstrated SAP Success Factors experience and Microsoft Office proficiency
    • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and assignments and consistently meet deadlines
    • Outstanding interpersonal communication skills (including listening, speaking, and writing)
    • Proven ability in decision making, organizing, and problem solving
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas to other team members and customer representatives with multifaceted technical backgrounds
