Job Overview:

The Human Capital Learning and Development Consultant role delivers live training and best practices to our Home Office employees. All training is designed and delivered with emphasis first on the why it’s important and how it contributes to efficiency and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to growing and retaining internal employees by providing professional development and soft skills training as well as designing learning opportunities that improve operational efficiency.
  • Work in agile teams to create learning assets using a variety of formats (including, but not limited to, video, eLearning, how to guides, etc.) to support the business and help employees execute their roles
  • Deliver live, instructor-led learning sessions both virtually and in-person
  • Market learning opportunities to increase participation and engagement
  • Gather data and impact on usefulness of learning assets

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (focus in: Education, Finance, or Business)
  • 1-3 years outstanding presentation skills to deliver live, instructor-led training, in person and virtually
  • 1-3 years of experience in developing learning resources
  • 2+ years of experience with PowerPoint
  • 2+ years of experience with Program Management

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Possesses professional maturity and can be self-managed
  • Excellent time management/prioritization

Preferences:

  • Video editing experience preferred
  • Canva design experience preferred

Pay Range:

$59,400-$89,100/year
 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
