Description
The HR Learning and Competencies team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to administer the group’s activities with respect to Instructor-Led, Web Based, and Virtual Learning courses and programs for our Midland, Tx asset. If you are selected as the Learning Administrator, you must be able to coordinate a variety of different courses and projects across multiple disciplines delivered in multiple locations including utilizing our Learning Management System (LMS). Key organizational and communication skills are required to support Learning Advisors across the group. This position will also support our L48 Early Career PetroTechnical program.
This position is based in Midland, TX
Job Description
Your responsibilities may include:
- Learning Management System administration
- Competency Management program support
- Learning delivery and logistics
- Virtual learning technology and production support
- Learning program coordination and communications
- Maintain Training Records
- Generate training management reports
- General administrative support
- Large event support – planning, logistics and execution
- Course Evaluation program support
- Website (SharePoint) editing and support
- Web based training development and maintenance
Basic/Required:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
- 1 or more years of experience in administration and support of Human Resources or Learning Operations
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Intermediate proficiency using SharePoint (Webpage update, document libraries and lists)
Preferred:
- 1 or more years of experience in the use and application of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Workday preferred
- 1 or more years of experience in learning program coordination and delivery
- 1 or more years of experience in coordinating and supporting large and complex learning curricula and/or programs
- 1 or more years of experience in the use and application of Virtual Learning Technology (Teams, Zoom, Adobe Connect, WebEx, etc…)
- 1 or more years of experience developing, maintaining and/or managing eLearning content
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and supporting various team members
- Takes ownership of actions and follows through on dedications by holding others accountable and standing up for what’s right
- Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals
- Builds positive relationships based on trust and seeks collaboration across organizational boundaries to achieve goals
