The Learning Administrator is a member of the Talent Management Team and is responsible for day-to-day hypercare and support of the Learning Management System. This role will report to the Global Learning Leady and will support library management, course administration, testing requirements and reporting. Initially, the role will help support the launch of SAP SuccessFactors, including item data loads, UAT and assignment profiles. Post global SAP SuccessFactors deployment, this role will provide ongoing Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for North America Learning Management System.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day to day technical expertise and support of Aramark’s learning management system.
  • Provide systems support and troubleshoot issues for learner audience with a focus on Tier1 and Tier 2 support
  • Provide instructional design support in collaboration with Aramark Talent Management Leadership and Training team
  • Manage, analyze, and make recommendations for improvements to eLearning course catalog
  • Respond to and manage Ad Hoc requests from stakeholders across the organization for Learning needs

Qualifications

  • 3+ years LMS (Learning Management System) Admin experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies or a related field from an approved and accredited college or university
  • A high level of organization and ability to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable working effectively with people at all levels in the organization
  • A keen attention to detail, with an eye for grammar and design
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and assignments
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and communicate updates in a timely fashion
  • Ability to think creatively to problem solve
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Administrative experience a must
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience with SAP/SF LMS
  • Strongly Preferred: Training support, LMS support and/or instructional design experience
