The Georgia Manufacturing Extension Partnership (GaMEP) helps manufacturers increase top-line growth and reduce bottom-line costs. Job Summary
Collaborate in planning, designing, and developing a wide range of instructional resources and projects related to the enhancement of learning experiences. Responsible for the systematic development of instructional specifications using learning and instructional theory to ensure the quality of instruction. Plan, design, develop and evaluate the effectiveness of learning collateral developed. This position will interact on a regular basis with: staff and faculty. This position typically will advise and counsel: staff and faculty. This position will supervise: NA
Responsibilities
Job Duty 1 –
Develop course content, and assess effectiveness of learning interaction
Job Duty 2 –
Design robust learning curriculums that include sequence and planning resulting in consolidated learning plans that allow for knowledge exchange, competency demonstration and content mastery.
Job Duty 3 –
Lead and execute on full lifecycle instructional design in collaboration with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Job Duty 4 –
Conduct analysis with stakeholders to scope the learning solutions resulting in learning programs.
Job Duty 5 –
Collaborate with co-workers on departmental and institute-wide projects.
Job Duty 6 –
Evaluate and employ emerging technologies, instructional design concepts and best practices.
Job Duty 7 –
Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Other Required Qualifications
Overnight travel required for project delivery; flexibility in on-site daily service delivery hours (due to client shift schedules, project requirements)
Required Experience
Five to seven years of job related experience

- Faculty: accrual 14 hours a month (21 days per year, up to 45 days may be carried over at year-end
