Modivcare is looking for an experienced Instructional Systems Designer to maintain the Learning Management System and develop eLearning content and their associate training guides and job aides. You will conduct needs analysis and partner with the business to develop training that meets their needs. You will produce materials for implementations, field training projects, and job aides, as well as update manuals and online resources. You will analyze and apply trends in learning technologies and instructional design, while developing learning goals and structuring learning activities. You will report to the Instructional Systems Director.
You will…
- Partner with training managers, training specialists, quality and operations management to identify training needs
- Work with field training to build and update wireframes based on content changes and procedures
- Write training outlines, wireframes, facilitation guides, activity guides, build training modules out, voice over and publish to LMS and market offerings to clients
- Be the controller and scribe during facilitated webinars and live corporate training sessions, records webinars, save webinars to compatible files, place compatible files in authoring tools and publish to LMS
- Follow appropriate training models such as ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate, Feedback, Summaries and Action Plans)

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years work experience
- 2+ years instructional design experience
- 2+ years learning management experience
- Experience with web-based authoring tools such as Articulate and audio editing tools
- Can travel up to 20% of the time

Salary: $57,842 – $77,122/annually
