Instructional Designer – Remote

Love to create impactful training materials? Do you enjoy sharing knowledge and seeing lightbulbs when it clicks? As a Zywave Instructional Designer, you will leverage your creative talents to design virtual training eLearning resources for onboarding and continuous development across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and Zywave’s Support organization.

Our Instructional Designers have a lot of creativity to build out curriculum and revamp training materials for webinars, virtual labs, videos and reading resources. What You will Do

• Design, develop and deliver compelling assets/content that are aligning to Zywave’s brand guidelines ranging from sell sheets, PowerPoints, one-pagers, scripts, assessments/certifications, email and call scripts, etc.
• Work directly with the other team members within Learning & Development as well as senior leadership in Revenue Operations
• Revise and update current learning and development materials and assets according to changes being requested as well as to ensure content is accurate, relevant and in compliance
• Actively provide feedback and best in class recommendations for what method or form of content should be used to fulfill requests and projects

Factors for Success

• You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Graphic Design, Web Design, Communication, Marketing, Writing or Education.
• You have 3 years of experience in instructional design or marketing.
• You have experience building curriculum and are familiar with adult learning theories.
• You have an eye for visual flow and enjoy creating visually appealing resources utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud.
• You are a team player and have excellent communication skills.
