    The Instructional Designer will support the training efforts of Clinical Trials Services, and will report directly to the Sr. Manager, Education & Development Excellence.

    What you’ll do:

    • Develop learning materials using a variety of learning methodologies including eLearning, classroom and web-based.
    • Create content using adult learning theory such ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
    • Perform Learning Management System administrative tasks such as uploading, configuring, assigning training, and running reports.

    Pay Range
    The typical pay range for this role is:
    Minimum: 60,300
    Maximum: 130,000

    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    Required Qualifications

    • 3+ years of instructional design experience using adult learning theories, multiple learning styles and instructional design principles such as ADDIE
    • 3+ years of experience using Adobe Creative Suites
    • 1+ year of administrative experience of Learning Management Systems (LMS)

    Preferred Qualifications
    Knowledge of:

    • Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
    • Clinical research industry training best practices

    Skill in:

    • Saba LMS administration
    • Veeva LMS administration

    Skill In:

    • Must have Proficiency in Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
    • Must have Proficiency in audio recording and editing software such as Audacity

    Ability To:

    • Conceptually and intuitively understand how people learn.
    • Experience in project management
    • Ability to effectively use e-learning authoring software application such as, but not limited to: Articulate Storyline and/or Adobe Captivate
    • Ability to effectively use Vyond or similar video creation software application such as Camtasia
    • Experience in using Adobe Creative Suites
    • Effective and strong communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player

    Education
    Bachelor Degree in instructional design, educational technology or similar relevant field or equivalent experience
