We are working exclusively with our manufacturing client in identifying a Learning and Development consultant to serve as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer. You will lead a small team of Instructional Designers to create process documentation (how to operate machinery, etc.) and accompanying training materials. Currently no process documentation exists and is taught through informal on the job training. The goal will be to capture the knowledge from the employees who will serve as subject matter experts.

Start Date: Beginning of April
Duration: 4-6 months
Hours: ~ 40 hours per week
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Strong Learning & Development experience
• Previous experience managing a team of Instructional Designer
• Experience building Instructor-led Training, eLearning, on-the-job training, etc.
• Experience building training that align with job competencies
• Experience creating training for manufacturing
• Knowledge of ISO certifications/requirements

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $75.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
