We are hiring an Instructional Designer/Curriculum Developer to join our team! This is an exciting role working in a 400+ person company with big aspirations, and a wonderful culture. We are a fun, professional and engaging team looking to welcome someone who will make us better. We are offering a hybrid schedule to balance working from home and in the office. In office days will be required 2-3 days per week.

The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating engaging educational experiences for Client Services staff, agents, Research Specialists and others in one or more of FedPoint’s Client Service departments and Call Center vendors. Part of this role includes working with a Trainer/Facilitator to develop learning solutions, both eLearning/online, virtual, and instructor-led trainings, to support learning initiatives and help solve a wide range of learning needs.

The Instructional Designer & LMS Manager is accountable for the quality, accuracy and transfer of learning from the classroom to the production environment for all classes taught and the LMS performance and accessibility for the Client Services and Call Center vendor teams.

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Learning or equivalent experience

College course-work or professional pursuit of instructional design or adult learning theory required.

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and development experience required

Proficiency in e-learning development software including Articulate Storyline (or competitor equivalent) required

Preferred:

Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Instructional Design and development experience using Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred.
