You will work with a high number of technical teams and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis, task analysis, develop learning objectives and design complete training programs. An advanced knowledge in using a variety of techniques to develop instructional materials and leveraging technology to deliver them is a must. You will need experience in graphic design and instructional content design.

The ideal candidate will understand the needs of accessibility, usability, and the experience of design. You will interact with other teams outside of Learning and Development, where collaboration, clear communication and organization are crucial. The ability to handle multiple technical projects within a tight timeframe is important. You will need to thrive within a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Apple productivity tools (iBooks Author, Keynote, Pages)
  • Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools (InDesign, Captivate,Storyline)
  • Exceptional design and and graphics production skills
  • Education in Instructional Design and Technology
  • Experience with HTML, UI/UX design

Description

KEY SKILLS: – Ability to develop and complete the design process of training project plans – Ability to develop new or update training content in all platforms (self-paced (eLearning), ILT, VILT, hands-on training) – Ability to develop new or update existing documentation and written content in learning modules – Ability to develop and maintain existing Keynotes, iBooks, and other interactive job-aids – Ability to ideate training content and learning – Quick learner when faced with complex problems and will not shy away from creating new and innovative solutions – Has good judgement on how potential creative and design ideas will work within the organization – Understands the importance of how graphic design and video production can work within a training program.
