We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a highly skilled and experienced Instructional Designer to develop eLearning programs. This initiative aims to enhance the skills and confidence of Sales Engineers and Applications Engineers in using software tools and drivers, improving their ability to sell solutions and consult on application designs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in creating an engaging and effective e-learning program that meets the outlined objectives.
Skills and Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency in E-Learning Tools:
- Strong skills in Articulate 360, Docebo, WellSaid Labs, Camtasia, and Vyond are essential.
- Experience in using Synthesia to create AI presenters for overlaying presentations and demonstrations in technical training videos is highly desirable.
- Instructional Design Expertise:
- Proven experience in creating engaging and effective e-learning modules and videos.
- Ability to identify key training areas from technical digital software webinar presentations, edit and compress the presentation from 1 hour plus to a more consumable chunk, and pull the script from audio to text.
- Transition Openness:
- Must be open to transitioning to a full-time employee (FTE) role after the 1-to-2 year project period, though this is not guaranteed.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Utilize Synthesia to create AI presenters that overlay the presentation and demonstrations in technical training videos.
- Continuously assess and improve the e-learning program based on participant feedback and knowledge assessments.
Start Date: 8/12/2024
Duration: Through August 2025 with possible extension
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: 1-2 days a week onsite in Wilmington, MA

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
