    As our Instructional Designer, you will support learning for over 16,000 employees and 22,000 residents across 22+ senior living communities. Every day is a little different, but you can expect to regularly interact with your team via standups, as well as design and develop multi-media materials (web-based, print and virtual classroom) to deliver innovative and interactive training that supports participants and facilitators in community and corporate-based programs.

    To thrive in this role, you have experience with instructional design principles and methodology, designing content using adult learning principles (interactive learning, job aids, assessments, competency–based evaluations, etc.), eLearning development, and managing end-to-end projects while navigating changing priorities with effective communication.

    Compensation: $85,000.00/year

    This job is mostly remote with occasional required travel to Baltimore and our senior living communities.

    We’re looking for an Instructional Designer with experience…

    • Developing programs and content in areas including, but not limited to: software training, general concept training and leadership development training.
    • Using instructional design, educational technology and adult learning theories to deliver learnings in person, virtually or within our learning management system.
    • Analyzing data to evaluate effectiveness and make recommendations that further enhance learning for our teammates, business partners, and residents.
    • Developing strong relationships with customers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Being motivated to learn and keep up-to-date with adult education trends.
    • Working independently and collaborating with cross functional teams.
