This role is on IQVIA’s Contract Sales and Medical Solutions (CSMS) Talent Operational Excellence Team will be responsible for supporting the design and development of eLearning content, as well as deployment of training on the CSMS learning management system. The individual in this role will primarily provide expertise to support training initiatives launched within the LMS and serve as back-up for the Senior Manager in charge of the LMS. Individuals will need to demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional partners to ensure the delivery of business results.


Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, deploy, and evaluate eLearning and virtual learning solutions to meet customer and department needs
  • Collaborate and partner with subject matter experts, program managers, and functional leaders to determine training requirements and align on expected post-training performance or behavioral outcomes
  • Identify knowledge gaps or improvement areas for newly hired employees and create learning solutions to address those gaps
  • Assess the time, effort and training strategy required to effectively complete training solutions
  • Deploy learner assignments on our LMS. This includes management of resources, systems and processes:

o Deploy training aligned to specific audiences while ensuring content compliance and firewalls are maintained

o Ensure employee training compliance through monitoring, reporting and communication of LMS results

o Maintain and audit training resources within the LMS for updating and expiration

  • Remain current on trends and developments in the fields of training, performance improvement, and organizational learning, while maintaining/building contacts with training vendors/training professionals


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of Instructional Design experience; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience in the design, development, and deployment of eLearning and virtual training programs
  • Strong software and computer skills, including content development programs (e.g., Storyline 360, HTML, etc.) and MS Office applications (Proficient in PowerPoint, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Experience operating with customer and/or internal management teams
  • Experience working with Pharmaceutical, Med Tech, Med Device, or Healthcare Training is a plus
  • Experience in working with Learning Management Systems is a plus
  • Vendor Management and contracting experience is a plus

 


Required knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, organizational and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage and navigate virtual engagement platforms (e.g. MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx & Adobe Connect)
  • Excellent presentation/facilitation skills (virtual and live)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and plan routine activities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving and providing solutions
  • Ability to operate independently and to make informed decisions
  • Ability to manage with a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to work within a matrix team environment

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
