Instructional Designer job

We are currently working with a client to find an Instructional Designer who can create customized DEI training that reflects the client’s culture and resonates with their employees. During this project, you will collaborate with the internal team to develop content, offering insights on optimal course length, interaction elements, and the selection of eLearning software.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing an estimate following an interview.

Start Date: Early to mid-February
Duration: Modules due by the beginning of June for a mid-June rollout
Hours: To be determined by the consultant
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Proven experience in instructional design, creating effective and engaging learning experiences
• A strong background in DEI and a foundational understanding of the topic
• Experience creating interactive eLearning content
• Familiarity with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 or Captivate is essential. The consultant will utilize their own subscriptions for these tools.
• Ability to provide valuable recommendations and implement best practices in instructional design
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• The selected candidate must undergo a mandatory background check.

The pay range for this is $60.00 to $90.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
