    We are seeking experienced eLearning Developers / Instructional Designers to join our company. As an eLearning Developer / Instructional Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and project teams to develop client-specific learning objectives and course content.

    Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with project teams to develop client-specific learning objectives.
    • Collaborate with subject experts to develop course content.
    • Design learning activities, assignments, and assessments that support the learning objectives.
    • Create computer-based training (CBT) modules and storyboards.
    • Analyze, update, and refine existing online content.
    • Create immersive educational experiences for the audience.
    • Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning.
    • Keep current on best practices in instructional design and adult learning concepts.
    Qualifications:
    • Certificate, BS, MS, degree in eLearning, instructional design, education, or related field is a plus.
    • 5 years of practical experience with training content development and delivery, development of instructor guides and course-related support matter, and eLearning development.
    • In-depth understanding of instructional design models and adult learning theories.
    • Ability to conduct needs assessments and develop strong learning objectives based upon desired course outcome.
    • Proficiency with common / industry-standard learning management systems (LMS).
    • Proficiency with the Articulate software suite.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical colleagues and clients.
    • Critical thinking skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple simultaneous deadlines.
    • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future.
    • Potential employees must be able to satisfactorily complete a pre-employment background check, pre-employment drug screening (as permitted by law), and baseline physical (safety-sensitive roles). They must also have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

    Physical Requirements / Work Environment – Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, which may include the following:
    • Sedentary to light work (typical office or administrative work).
    • Frequently required to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
    • Repetitive motions: substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers (including reaching).
    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
    The annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00 – $90,000.00. Compensation will vary depending on the applicant’s job-related knowledge and skills, education, and work experience.
