    Seeking an Instructional Designer to work on microlearning projects.

    Pay: $45/hour 1099

    Start: Late October
    Duration: 2 months (40 hours per week) through end of the year with likely extension
    Location: 100% virtual/remote.

    Requirements:

    • Strong instructional design experience
    • Experience designing and deployment of microlearning, and other instructional design strategies (gamification, social learning, etc.)
    • Articulate Storyline experience and video editing tools such as Premier Pro
    • Advanced skills in Google Suite.
    • Advanced skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline.
    • Content writing experience (concise and structured)
    • Experience writing learning objectives and structure technical content in a synthesized way
    • Solid understanding of Instructional Design principles: ADDIE Model, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Malcolm Knowles, etc.
    • A flair for writing — concise, structured and packed with personality
    • Must be flexible and able to work in an ambiguous environment
    • Must be able to showcase portfolio
