    Job Overview:

    The Coursera Enterprise team serves global organizations, including leading companies, governments, universities, and nonprofits, who seek to upskill or retrain their workforce with the world’s best industry and university content. This team is made up of three sub-teams: Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Strategy & Operations. The teams operate globally and have members based out of our offices in Mountain View, New York, London, Gurgaon, and Abu Dhabi.

    Coursera is seeking an experienced and dedicated Instructional Designer to join the Global Sales Enablement function within Enterprise Revenue Operations. In this role, you will primarily focus on designing, developing and delivering internal learning programs and content to the Enterprise Sales segment, supporting initiatives such as continuing education and everboarding, skill development training, field manager development, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a strong background instructional design as well as in sales enablement, preferably within the SaaS industry. They are creative and passionate about influencing the sales organization’s success.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Sales Enablement team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across functions to identify training needs for the target audience and translate them into content to drive performance
    • Design, develop and deliver learning content including eLearning courses, demonstrations, videos, exercises, playbooks, instructor and participant guides, slides, job aids, and knowledge checks
    • Ensure content is relevant, accurate, and engaging
    • Maintain and optimize our library of training content within Highspot
    • Create evaluation strategies for learning solutions including surveys, assessments, and other measurement strategies, leveraging insights to optimize the approach
    • Monitor sales performance metrics, connecting sales learning data to sales performance data to better understand impact of learning

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
    • 4 years of proven experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development or related field
    • Demonstrated track record of developing and delivering sales learning content
    • Demonstrated history in organization skills and attention to detail
    • Experience in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in B2B technology or SaaS sales environments
    • Deep understanding of sales enablement best practices, with experience working in a global organization
    • Skilled in presentation /verbal/written communication skills

    Compensation:

    Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting base pay for this role is between $75,000 and $139,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, and benefits.
