    Clarity Consultants

    We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to develop a blended course on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). 75-80% of the content currently exists and a subject matter expert (SME) will be available for interviews. HR would like the training to be more digital and scalable. The goal is for this course to be 4 hours in total duration.

    Start: End of September – Early October 2023

    Duration: targeting completion by end of 2023

    Hours: 20 hours per week on average

    Location: Virtual

    Requirements:

    • Must have strong Instructional Design expertise (blended learning)
    • Must have DEI training development experience
    • Must have corporate learning experience
    • Previous DEI innovation is a strong must have (familiar with new DEI trends)
    • Strong experience in eLearning development is required
    • Strong experience in Articulate 360, Rise
    • Consultant will use their own laptop and licenses

    Additional Requirements

    • A portfolio (or current work samples) is required.
    • A background check is required prior to placement.

    The pay range for this is $50.00 to $70.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
