    The Instructional Designer is responsible for implementing impactful training programs across the organization. This includes performing needs assessments, designing and developing various learning solutions, and evaluating and reporting on results.

    Essential Responsabilites:
    • Demonstrates knowledge of adult learning principles and concepts to assess needs, design and develop content and evaluate solutions
    • Work with subject matter experts to understand information/processes, write instructional goals, create supporting content that enhances the learning process, drives retention and impacts business results
    • Ability to create learning solutions in various modalities – classroom, virtual, eLearning and performance support including supporting material/media (instructional graphics, job aids, manuals, decks, audio/video, simulations, role plays, games, etc.)
    • Designs, develops, and refines custom eLearning content using tools such as, but not limited to, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Vyond.
    • Market/communicates learning solutions to target audiences and leadership
    • Design assessments such as tests or quizzes, observations, capstones, etc. to measure effectiveness.
    • Evaluates training programs for effectiveness and desired outcomes. Utilizes feedback to initiate changes, refinements and improvements.
    • Project management activities including overseeing end to end, and/or contributing to portions of larger projects such as design/development tasks. Ability to maintain/organize project documentation, facilitate project meetings, influence stakeholders, recommend process improvements, etc.
    • Supports the learning experience through executing learning administration tasks. Tasks, include but are not limited to, email management, building surveys, assisting with classroom trainings, and supporting the learning management system.
    • Apply trends and best practices in learning technologies and instructional design to projects.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelors Degree of 4 years equivalent experience
    • 3+ years experience in Instructional Design
    • Experienced with Microsoft Office, UltiPro and Articulate Storyline
