Instructional Designer – 100% Virtual Job

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying an Instructional Designer to create a needs assessment. Due to recent company growth, business units are experiencing disconnected and inconsistent training and onboarding. During this project, you will review content, identify gaps, provide recommendations, and help create a learning solution for a cohesive onboarding and training program.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration & Hours: To be determined by the consultant
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:

• Experience in instructional design, eLearning, or related field
• Ability to conduct a needs assessment to identify gaps and make recommendations for learning solutions
• Experience creating blended learning
• Proficient in eLearning tools such as Articulate 360
• Ability to work with subject matter experts to gather material
• Strong consultative approach
• Previous experience in agriculture is highly preferred but not required
