We are working closely with a client in locating an Instructional Designer to assist in building an instructor-led training program for Issue Resolution course that will be delivered to management and team-lead level personnel. They have an eLearning component in-house but lack the bandwidth for the ILT/vILT component and need assistance. The analysis phase has been completed. Deliverables to include Facilitator and Participant Guides, PowerPoint Decks and activities

Start Date: October 24, 2022

Duration: Through December 31, 2022 with possible extensions

Hours: flexible – 40 hours per week

Location: 100% virtual

Experience Required:

• Strong Instructional Design experience creating modern material, both ILT/vILT and eLearning
• eLearning/micro learning experience
• Some PM expertise
• Expert level PPT skills
